This position supports steady scheduling by providing a clear, respectful first point of contact for customers exploring home-comfort solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and engage shoppers in a professional, approachable manner
- Share high-level information about our services and respond to initial questions
- Collect customer details accurately and set consultation appointments
- Represent our brand with a customer-focused, safety-aware approach
Required qualifications/skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills; sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable starting conversations and addressing light objections courteously
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and accurate with app-based data entry; Lead Generation experience is a plus

You’ll arrive onsite, get set up, and spend the shift on your feet in a high-traffic retail setting. Much of your day is steady, friendly conversation—smiling, making eye contact, and speaking with nearly everyone who walks by. You’ll listen for what matters to each person, keep the interaction brief and helpful, and then record the customer’s information using a cell phone app. Between conversations, you’ll reset your area, stay organized, and keep your pace consistent through the day. Personal transportation is needed to reliably get to the location for your scheduled shifts.
