Define the Role
We are seeking a Digital Strategist (Growth-Focused) to support the execution and implementation of full-funnel marketing strategies across multiple client accounts.
This role works directly under a Lead Strategist and is responsible for translating strategy into execution, ensuring campaigns, content, and funnels are properly built, launched, and optimized.
This is a hybrid strategy + execution role, ideal for someone who understands digital marketing at a strategic level but is also comfortable getting hands-on where it matters most.
You will play a critical role in turning strategy into results.

Your role is to ensure strategy is properly translated into execution and carried through across channels to drive measurable results.
What You Own (Core Responsibilities)
1. Strategy Execution & Implementation
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans
- Build and launch campaigns across SEO, PPC, CRO, and lifecycle channels
- Ensure all initiatives align with strategic priorities
2. Content & Messaging Execution
- Write and refine landing page copy, core website messaging, and funnel assets
- Develop content briefs and outlines
- Contribute to high-impact content creation where needed
- Ensure messaging aligns with positioning and conversion goals
3. Campaign & Funnel Development
- Support development of landing pages, funnels, and user journeys
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bring strategies to life
- Ensure proper tracking, structure, and flow across funnels
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Analyze performance across campaigns and funnels
- Identify areas of improvement and implement optimizations
- Support testing initiatives (CRO, messaging, offers, etc.)
5. Team Collaboration & Execution Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure tasks are completed correctly
- Provide clear direction and feedback on execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain quality and alignment

- Campaigns and funnels are launched on time and perform well
- Messaging and content improve conversion rates

Qualifications / Requirements
Core Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
- Experience working across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, CRO, etc.)
- Experience executing campaigns and building funnels
Channel Familiarity
Working knowledge of:
- SEO (on-page, content, basic technical)
- Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Analytics (GA4, basic attribution understanding)
- Marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar)
Execution + Strategic Thinking
- Ability to understand strategy and translate it into execution
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
