GreenStreet Tree Care is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our professional team.
This is a climbing position only. We are seeking skilled climbers who are confident working aloft and can safely perform technical tree pruning and removals. This is not a groundsman or entry-level opportunity.

What You'll Do
- Perform technical tree climbing using modern climbing systems
- Prune trees to ANSI A300 standards
- Perform tree removals, including complex and hazardous removals
- Safely rig and lower limbs and wood
- Operate chainsaws and climbing equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect trees and identify hazards while working aloft
- Work closely with crew members to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Maintain equipment and uphold GreenStreet's safety standards
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional tree climbing experience
- Proven experience climbing for pruning and removals
- Strong understanding of proper pruning techniques
- Experience with rope rigging systems
- Ability to safely operate chainsaws while climbing
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety every day
Preferred:
- CDL License
- ISA Certified Arborist or ISA Certified Tree Worker (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience operating aerial lifts, loaders, or other tree equipment

Compensation
Pay: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications.

- Overtime available during peak season
