Maintain residential and commercial landscapes, including mowing, trimming, edging, and general clean-up

Operate commercial landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trailers

Assist with planting, mulching, and small landscape construction projects

Support snow and ice management operations during winter months

Work collaboratively with team members and gain exposure to various divisions, including turf, ornamental, irrigation, fertilization, design-build, and enhancements

Valid drivers license

Willingness to drive or learn to drive truck and trailer combinations

Reliable attendance and a strong team mindset

Comfort using job-related mobile apps

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Willingness to learn and grow; no prior landscaping experience required

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (open to conversations regarding prior convictions)
