Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience

Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians and customers

Present maintenance and repair recommendations in a transparent, consultative manner

Write repair orders, keep customers updated, and ensure timely vehicle delivery

Build lasting relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
