Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in and phone-in customers warmly, providing detailed information about available storage units and related services.
- Manage leasing paperwork efficiently, including contracts, legal documents, and data entry into the property management system.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and payments.
- Handle conflict management professionally by addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure property upkeep and address any facilities management issues promptly.
- Walk the property daily, clean the units after move out, pick up trash, and be able to open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.) as needed for inspections.
Experience
- Prior experience in property management, property leasing, or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
- Office experience involving data entry, electronic filing, contracts management, and general administrative tasks is essential for success in this role.
