Inventory Specialist
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory Hand to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, issuing, and counting materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. Experience with SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials
- Issue parts, tools, and supplies to employees
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies
- Enter inventory transactions into the company’s system
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials for shipment
- Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and inventory-control policies
- Communicate shortages, damaged materials, and stock issues to management
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, inventory, material-handling, or oilfield experience preferred
- SAP experience is a plus
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to read part numbers, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Pay: $300.00 per day
