Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and operational downtime is minimized. Responsibilities
- Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose failures in high-voltage distribution networks and industrial machine circuits. Ability to troubleshoot low voltage (12VDC,24VDC) control circuits and components (relays, power supplies, proximity switches, thermal couples)
- Fluid Power Service: Rebuild, repair, and optimize pneumatic valves, cylinders, actuators, and air lines.
- Mechanical Care: Service and align heavy machinery components, including gearboxes, bearings, pumps, and drive systems.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with appliance installation and equipment repair in commercial or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MRO) software is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Construction experience is a plus for understanding building systems integration.
- Ability to work independently or lead a team while maintaining high safety standards.
