Job Summary
Now Hiring experienced Caregivers to provide ADL and home health support to clients in Chester County and surrounding areas. Monday-Friday shifts, Day and Evening hours available with flexible shifts per week.
Thema Caregivers make a difference by supporting older adults with activities of daily living, assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, and providing companionship.
Job Duties:
- Assistance with transfers and mobility
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry
- Implementing client care plans
- Transportation to appointments when necessary
- Documenting care notes
