Ultimate Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care and working closely with a collaborative rehab team.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Guide residents through exercise programs, gait training, and functional activities

Assist with positioning, transfers, and use of assistive devices

Monitor patient response and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate with therapists, nursing staff, and families to support care plans
