Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
- Conduct patient assessments and communicate concerns to the physician.
- Execute orders prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain detailed medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in Infectious Disease desired.
- Experience with prior authorizations a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
