What You'll Do
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
- Present and demonstrate our inventory of luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and available products.
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, text messages, and walk-in customers.
- Maintain customer relationships before, during, and after the sale.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.
- Negotiate deals professionally while providing an exceptional buying experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
