The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager while helping deliver an outstanding experience for every Bowser Automotive customer. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the automotive sales industry.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly

Follow up with current and prospective customers to ensure a high-quality experience

Use CRM tools to maintain relationships and generate repeat business

Assist with completing sales paperwork and documentation

Support vehicle delivery by explaining features and ensuring customer satisfaction

Manage and respond to online leads

Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records

Follow the "Power of Bowser" sales process

Provide additional support as needed by the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement

Ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred)

Pennsylvania Sales License, or willingness to obtain one

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours per day)
