Job Description
Customer Comfort Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of hands-on service experience. This role is service-focused, with occasional equipment replacement and support on new construction projects when scheduled.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits
- Troubleshoot electrical, gas, airflow, refrigerant and 24v control issues
- Perform or assist with residential equipment replacements as needed
- Support HVAC work on new construction and remodel projects from time to time
- Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners (no high-pressure sales)
- Complete accurate digital service documentation
- Maintain a clean service vehicle and jobsite
- Participate in a fairly scheduled on-call rotation
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Professional communication and customer service skills

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday 7am-5pm
- Occasional on-call rotation for “no heat” situations (rare after-hours dispatch, but prompt callbacks)
