About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in GMAW, GTAW, and laser welding to construct high-quality components, ensuring that every project meets rigorous structural and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise welding operations on diverse substrates, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, to achieve structural integrity.

Translate complex technical drawings and blueprints into finished metal products with high accuracy.

Optimize welding equipment performance through proper setup and regular maintenance to ensure consistent output.

Validate the quality of finished welds by conducting thorough inspections against project specifications.

Foster a culture of safety by maintaining a pristine workspace and strictly adhering to industrial safety protocols.

Drive project success by coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines.

Proactively identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated professional experience in welding within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
