Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and renewals
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Process endorsements, certificates, and policy updates
- Help clients with billing questions and payments
- Work closely with carriers to ensure proper coverage
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
Job Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Previous insurance agency or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- A genuine interest in helping people and building relationships
