Position: Certified Truck Mechanic – Chassis, Electrical and Engine Systems (Bilingual - English and Spanish or English and Chinese)
Job Summary
The Certified Truck Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company trucks to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. The role includes repairs to diesel engines, truck chassis, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and other mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform preventive maintenance on company trucks.
· Diagnose and repair diesel engines.
· Repair truck electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, starters, and lighting.
· Repair and maintain chassis, brakes, suspension, steering, and transmission components.
· Complete maintenance records and work orders.
· Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
· Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
· Ensure all repairs comply with applicable DOT, FMCSA, and Georgia safety requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of commercial truck repair experience.
Experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, and chassis repairs.
Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
ASE certification preferred.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
