Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including utensils and workstations
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new pizza varieties or toppings to enhance customer offerings
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders accurately
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures during food preparation and service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a pizza maker
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
