**Job Description:**
As a Trim Carpenter and Handyman, you will be responsible for both trim /cabinetry installation and a range of general maintenance and repair tasks. You’ll need to be adaptable, tackling different types of projects as they come in, ensuring the quality and efficiency of your work.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Trim Carpentry:** Install, repair, and finish wood trim, moldings, and baseboards with precision.
- **Handyman Tasks:** Perform various general maintenance and repair duties, including drywall repairs, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and light installations.
- **Project Versatility:** Handle a variety of tasks beyond carpentry, including minor remodeling, furniture assembly, and general upkeep.
- **Client Interaction:** Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Workplace Organization:** Keep tools and work areas clean and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a trim carpenter and handyman, with a broad skill set.
- Strong understanding of carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and installation.
- Electrical work, drywall, and other general handyman tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
