We are hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy) services to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. This role includes direct ABA services, data collection, and documentation under BCBA supervision. This position requires flexibility, physical readiness, and strong reliability.
Requirements (Required – No Exceptions)
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Current TRICARE credentialing
- Current BLS certification
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to Fort Walton Beach, FL
- Ability to move quickly, sit on the floor
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility

Schedule & Hours
- Minimum 12 hours guaranteed per week
- Morning & afternoon availability required
- Monday–Friday availability preferred
- Weekly schedules are provided but may frequently change based on client needs
Service Settings
Job Duties
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collect ABA data and complete session notes
- Follow ethical, trauma-informed ABA practices
- Assist with limited administrative tasks as assigned
Pay & Employment Terms
- Pay is competitive for the area and based on ABA experience
- Pay increases possible based on performance (not guaranteed, nor scheduled)
- Electronic payroll paid bi-weekly
- No PTO, health insurance, or benefits

- Employment contract required (pay rates, locations, scheduling)
