Ready 4 Roads Driving School is looking for patient, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Driving Instructors. Whether you have previous teaching experience or simply enjoy helping others succeed, we'll provide the training you need to become a successful instructor.
As a Driving Instructor, you'll work one-on-one with students of different ages and experience levels, helping them develop safe driving habits, build confidence behind the wheel, and prepare for their Florida Road Test. Every lesson is an opportunity to make a positive impact by helping students gain a lifelong skill.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, and engaging behind-the-wheel driving lessons tailored to each student's individual needs and experience level.
- Teach students defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and safe driving habits to help them become confident, responsible drivers.
- Evaluate each student's progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Prepare students for the Florida Road Test by practicing the required driving skills and maneuvers.
- Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment that helps students build confidence behind the wheel.
- Ensure the safety of students, yourself, and the public at all times by following company policies and state regulations.
- Complete lesson documentation accurately and submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean, safe, and professional condition by performing basic inspections before and after lessons and reporting any maintenance concerns.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, and office staff regarding lesson progress, scheduling, and recommendations.
- Stay current with Florida traffic laws, safe driving practices, and company training to provide the highest quality instruction.
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, friendly, and passionate about helping others learn.
- Ability to teach students of all experience levels in a calm, supportive, and safe environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working independently while following company procedures.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, as needed.
- Fluent in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state requirements to become a driving instructor.
- Previous experience as a teacher, coach, trainer, instructor, therapist, or in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Paid training provided for qualified candidates.
