Key Responsibilities
- Structure financing to protect gross profit and maintain strong deal margins
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders
- Drive revenue through the sale of F&I products (service contracts, GAP, credit insurance, maintenance plans)
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all deal paperwork
- Secure customer signatures, payoff details, and insurance information
- Submit finance and lease deals for approval through appropriate channels
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Review contracts for accuracy (titles, liens, taxes, etc.) before submission to accounting
- Present and explain service and financing options clearly to customers
- Maintain lender programs and alternative financing sources
- Monitor finance penetration and prepare related reports
- Train and support sales staff on F&I products and processes
- Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize profitability per deal
- Ensure full turnover to the F&I department
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an F&I Manager role or similar within the automotive industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
