Job Title: CX Strategist Program Architect

Role Summary
Seeking a highly experienced CX Strategist Program Architect to lead enterprise wide Customer Experience transformation programs across business and technology landscapes
The candidate will define CX vision architect transformation roadmaps align business and IT stakeholders and drive largescale programs spanning CRM Digital Data AI Cloud Customer Service Marketing Commerce and Enterprise Platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise CX and digital transformation strategy
- Lead executive level workshops and stakeholder alignment across business functions
- Design end-to-end customer journeys and target operating models
- Architect enterprise transformation programs across multiple technologies and business domains
- Translate business objectives into scalable solution and platform strategies
- Provide strategic guidance on CRM Customer Data Platforms AI Analytics Integration Cloud and Digital Experience platforms
- Lead roadmap planning governance business case development and value realization
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between business product architecture delivery and operations teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and senior leadership
Required Skills
- 15 years of experience in Customer Experience Digital Transformation and Enterprise Consulting
- Strong expertise in customer journey design business transformation and program architecture
- Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem along with non Salesforce enterprise platforms
- Experience in CRM Marketing Technology Customer Service Platforms Data Analytics AI Cloud Integration and Digital Experience solutions
- Strong enterprise architecture and large program governance experience
- Proven ability to engage Clevel stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Experience leading global transformation initiatives and multivendor delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across Manufacturing Automotive Consumer Goods Retail Healthcare or BFSI industries
- Exposure to AIdriven customer engagement personalization and customer data platforms
- Experience with Salesforce Adobe Microsoft SAP Oracle AWS Azure Google Cloud and related enterprise ecosystems
- Enterprise Architecture or consulting certifications preferred
Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business Technology or related discipline
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
