Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in a related Human Services field.

Two years of experience working with clients with a mental health diagnosis.

Hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.

Resident, Supervisee, and License eligible staff are encouraged to apply.

Ability to travel to Fredericksburg Office one day each week.

Meets regularly with Clinical Director and QMHPs.

Reviews client files to ensure proper and complete documentation of actions and services.

Prepares written diagnostic assessments, assessing clients from multiple perspectives, including family functioning, psychological/emotional, social, academic, medical, behavioral, substance abuse, skills, strengths, and treatment history, and providing appropriate diagnoses using DSM 5 criteria.

Prepares written service plans.

Provides direct clinical services to clients.

Participates in treatment team meetings as necessary.

Prepares written discharge summary and plan.

Ensures that all client forms are completed in their entirety.

Any other assigned duties or responsibilities.
