Regional Field Project Manager – Holiday Tree Lighting and Decorations
Location: Port Saint Lucie and Northern Palm Beach County
Duration: Seasonal position with opportunity for full-time
Seasonal Period: September 14, 2026, through February 15, 2027
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 estimated total seasonal compensation, including overtime. Compensation is based on the anticipated increased hours during the peak installation months of October through January.
Job Description: This position is designed to serve as Brandano Displays, Inc.’s regional representative, responsible for coordinating and facilitating the necessary supervision, labor, equipment and support to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to our quality standards. This position will also oversee the ongoing maintenance of installations throughout the season. This position will support 3 crews of 3 people each at any given time.
The anticipated work schedule will be approximately 60 hours per week in September, up to 70 hours per week during October and November, up to 70 hours per week for two weeks in December and January, and approximately 60 hours per week during the remaining weeks and throughout February. Overnight travel is not anticipated at this time.
Company Overview: Founded in 1976, Brandano Displays, Inc. is a family-owned full-service decorating company. We specialize in creating illuminated holiday and event décor for venues such as cities, towns, shopping centers, festivals, enclosed malls, and commercial complexes.
Job Requirements:
· Valid Clean Driver’s License
· Strong organizational Skills
· Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more people.
· Safety and First Aid Training
· Strong communication Skills
· Experience with aerial lifts up to 45’
· Experience with hand tools
· Knowledgeable of electricity or lighting
Job Preferred skills:
· Experience in field management, construction, event production, facilities, operations, or a related industry is preferred.
· Familiarity with OSHA requirements applicable to our application.
· Corporate leadership and/or safety training from a previous employer
· Associates degree or comparable apprenticeship/work experience
Leadership experience in a non-traditional field is welcome. We value strong leadership, organizational ability, communication, and problem-solving skills as much as industry-specific experience.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
