Member Duties : Objective 1: Managed directly by the HOPES Program Managers, the VISTA Program Coordinator will expand program capacity and improve the quality of programming for Chicago HOPES for Kids students through curriculum development. Objective 2: The VISTA Program Coordinator will be able to optimize data collection and communication with on-site program teams Objective 3: The coordinator will work cross-functionally with other VISTA members and engage with team members across the organization to support ongoing campaigns for the development department.
