- Collaborate with parents to support children's learning and development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in preschool or early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in creating lesson plans.
