Expert Home Builders is hiring experienced in-home sales closers for high-ticket home improvement and construction projects across California.
This is not an entry-level sales job. We are looking for serious sales professionals who already know how to walk into a homeowner’s house, build trust, present a solution, handle objections, and close.
If you have a proven track record in home improvement, construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, foundation, kitchen/bath, or other high-ticket home services sales — this opportunity is built for you.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of home improvement, home services, construction, or in-home sales experience
- Strong closing ability and confidence selling high-ticket projects
- Experience presenting financing/monthly payment options preferred
- Ability to run homeowner appointments professionally
- Strong communication, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
