Job Summary
JM Wireless is seeking a Part-Time Sales Representative at our Metro By T-Mobile location on FL US HWY 1 & A1A. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail sales, customer service, and technology products. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. The position offers an opportunity to develop sales and merchandising skills in a dynamic retail environment.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting mobile devices, accessories, and plans.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various devices and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation.
- Promote ongoing promotions and special offers to customers.
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or mobile services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly approach.
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team.
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles is beneficial.

Pay: $14.00 - $40.00 per hour
