Overview
A heavy civil construction company is seeking Concrete Pavement Saw Operators to perform green saw cutting and wet-cut joint operations on newly placed concrete pavement. This role helps ensure pavement integrity by cutting joints accurately and at the proper intervals.
Responsibilities
- Perform green saw and wet-cut joint operations.
- Measure and mark layouts for accurate cuts.
- Verify cutting depth and alignment.
- Operate and maintain concrete saw equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
- Follow project specifications and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Previous concrete saw or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work long shifts outdoors.
Valid TWIC card required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (11–13 hour shifts)
PPE: Provided on-site
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
