Job Responsibilities
As an In-Home Support (IHS) Professional, you'll provide one-on-one support tailored to each person's goals and needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily living skills
- Providing companionship and encouragement
- Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Supporting community outings, shopping, appointments, and recreational activities
- Teaching independent living and life skills
- Promoting health, safety, and personal independence
- Completing simple electronic documentation

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Auto insurance
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
- Reliable, dependable, and compassionate
- Comfortable working independently
- Smartphone for scheduling and documentation
- No experience necessary—we provide paid training!
