Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident health and report changes to RN/physician
Provide direct nursing care and support CNAs
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
