Lead quality improvement projects using real-world data to improve patient care and outcomes by partnering with a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, and clinicians. Liaise with both oncology practice leaders and life science company executives to understand project objectives, develop project and analytic plans to assess clinical performance, and manage the project team over the project life cycle. Cultivate relationships with practice and life science leadership to expand Quality Initiative offerings and grow QI program.
Manage quality improvement projects across both life science customers and oncology practice partners to ensure timelines are met and results are achieved.
Provide guidance to analysts to develop high quality, accurate, and relevant analytical outputs.
Perform regular quality assurance checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards before final presentations.
Present analytical results in a dynamic fashion to oncology practice administrative and clinical leadership as well as life science executives.
Embrace continuous learning of oncology clinical guidelines that will be used to provide direction on project deliverables.
Make recommendations on enhancements to quality initiative project execution.
Serve as the trusted advisor and the led for the quality improvement projects.
Work with sales, project managers, and practice account managers to ensure customer expectations are met.
Partner with practice and life science sales departments to drive growth via new customer acquisitions.
Make recommendations and helps implement strategies to grow quality initiative program.
Meet with customers to secure feedback on quality initiative program effectiveness and helps to implement feedback.
Provide status updates on QI projects on a weekly basis with routine updates using internal project management software tools.
Deliver monthly updates on quality improvement projects for assigned practices.
5 years or more experience in healthcare encompassing project management and analytics.
PharmD, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Public Health, or Masters in Health Administration.
Oncology experience in either a life science, health insurance, or health care provider setting.
Experience with data analysis, synthesis, and manipulation.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Succinct and articulate communicator with experience presenting to clinical and administrative healthcare stakeholders.
Experience developing compelling presentations.
Experience managing cross functional teams.
Strong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needs.
Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter who can think independently and work comfortably with ambiguity.
Ability to work well under pressure to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for improving the quality and delivery of patient care in oncology.
Flexibility to travel up to 10-20% of the time.
