As the Enrollment & Community Outreach Representative, you will…
- Support client enrollment campaigns through direct community outreach.
- Meet with businesses, community organizations, and prospective participants.
- Guide individuals through the enrollment process while supporting professional sales conversations.
- Represent client partners by explaining programs, services, and current initiatives.
- Build strong relationships through clear communication and active listening.
- Track outreach activity and enrollment results accurately.
- Stay current on client programs, promotions, and professional sales initiatives.
- Continue developing communication, relationship-building, and professional sales skills as an Enrollment & Community Outreach Representative.
Skills & Qualifications Needed to Succeed
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, business development, or community engagement is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable building relationships through face-to-face conversations.
- Able to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
- Self-motivated and dependable in community, event, and business settings.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work throughout the Overland Park area.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
