Job Summary
We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter (internally titled Digital Workforce Coordinator) to support high-volume recruiting and staffing operations within the automotive industry. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, onboarding, and supporting employees while ensuring recruiting goals and performance metrics are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Automotive, manufacturing, or light industrial staffing experience
- Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
- Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
- Experience conducting interviews, onboarding, and employee retention activities
- Knowledge of compliance processes including I-9s, background checks, and drug screenings
- Experience meeting performance metrics and recruiting KPIs
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for open positions
- Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and requisition management systems
- Coordinate onboarding activities including I-9 verification, background checks, drug screenings, and safety training
- Utilize digital and community recruiting strategies including job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local outreach
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to meet staffing demands
- Maintain regular communication with employees and provide workforce support
- Monitor recruiting activity and ensure hiring goals and metrics are achieved
- Track candidate and employee information accurately within company systems
- Support retention initiatives and employee engagement efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Physical and Environmental Requirements
This is a fully remote position requiring extended periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication. Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events, training, or company meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to support staffing objectives and business needs.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $48,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)
- Monthly Bonus: Up to $3,000 per month
- Annual Earning Potential: $84,000+ (base salary plus bonus opportunities)
Schedule
- Full-Time, Salaried Position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
