Chef de Cuisine to join our team. Our teams must embrace a guest first approach to service, thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment and take great pride in the space they work in. Our CDCs focus on executing very fast paced services efficiently and with the guest experience as the top priority. They play point on scheduling, hiring and training of the hourly staff and partner with the Executive Chef on manager development.
Candidates must have high volume experience (300+ nightly covers) to be considered.

Experience as a Sous Chef or higher for 3+ years
