Marine Construction Laborer / Pile Driving Crew
We are looking for dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our growing marine construction team.
If you enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of physical labor, and are comfortable working on and around the water, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with marine construction projects
- Work around barges, boats, cranes, and pile driving equipment
- Perform general labor, rigging, material handling, and site cleanup
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Follow all safety procedures and work effectively as part of a crew
Qualifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working on the water and around heavy equipment
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Preferred (Not Required)
- Welding certification or welding experience
- Commercial diving certification or dive experience
- Experience with marine construction, pile driving, barges, or heavy equipment
- CDL or equipment operating experience
