Installation Representative
- Provide remote installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of credit card terminal or eCommerce gateway.

Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues associated with new installation of products or services.

Resolution of merchant and client requests in timely matter and responding to inquiries or requests via phone and e-mail.

Pre-Sales support of Kurv products and services with internal clients, sales and vendor partners.

Utilization of several different software and web-based systems
-
Download of processing software and deployment of credit card terminals.
-
Organize and package marketing collateral and stickers to be shipped with equipment.
-
Participate in ongoing product and services training and effectively cross-train team members.

Requirements and Experience

Experience in a Customer Service environment

Technical knowledge of hardware and software

Strong analytical, organization and planning skills

Ability to prioritize workload, meet required deadlines and manage multiple new account installations

Ability to adapt in a dynamic industry and work in a fast paced office

Demonstrate effective problem solving skills

Knowledge of PC/Windows/Internet related technologies; knowledge and experience working with MS Word and Excel and must demonstrate an ability to learn new and customized software/web-based applications
Desired Experience:

Sales experience

Prior experience in Merchant Services or Electronic Payments Industry.

Ability to conduct and control remote training sessions utilizing Go-To-Meeting.
