Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Execute precision haircuts, advanced coloring techniques (balayage, highlights, color correction), and luxury styling/blowouts tailored to individual client needs.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough, professional consultations to understand client goals, analyze hair health, and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Retail Engagement: Educate clients on proper home-care regimens and drive product sales utilizing our premium luxury retail lines.
- Salon Stewardship: Maintain a immaculate, organized workstation and contribute to the overall cleanliness, safety, and upscale ambiance of the lounge.
- Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for Ziba Hair Lounge, upholding our high standards of professionalism, appearance, and guest hospitality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Licensure: Active and valid state Cosmetology License.
- Experience: 2+ years of behind-the-chair experience is preferred; an existing book of business is highly advantageous.
- Artistry: Strong foundation in modern hair cutting, coloring, and styling trends, with a portfolio showcasing your work (Instagram handle or digital lookbook preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect deeply with a luxury demographic.
- Reliability: A punctual, reliable, and highly collaborative work ethic with the flexibility to work peak hours, including weekends.
