We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Inclusion Support Assistant to join our dedicated Sunday morning team. In this role, you will provide essential support to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all individuals, especially with a focus on neuro inclusivity. Responsibilities
· Demonstrate a basic understanding of physical abilities, mental health, cognitive function and neurodivergent conditions
· Model a Neurodiversity-affirming perspective
· Assist children in participating and accessing accommodations when needed
· Help create worship and classroom environments that promote participation and reduce trauma and harm to neurodivergent individuals.
· Assist the church to perform an inclusion audit of spaces and practices for adults and children
· Provide trainings for volunteers in the faith formation and worship teams.
· Communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, families, and the congregation at large using well-developed written, verbal, and listening skills.

Pay: $24.46 - $29.46 per hour
