Our team works to find those books new homes through online marketplaces, collectors, libraries, and retailers across the country while responsibly recycling the rest.
We're looking for dependable, energetic individuals to join our warehouse team. Depending on your skills and interests, you may be placed in one of two production areas:
- Book Sorting & Production
- Designer Books
During the interview process, we'll determine which role is the best fit for you.
What You'll Do
Depending on your position, your responsibilities may include:
- Sort through thousands of books daily to identify the best destination for each book.
- Feed books onto an automated conveyor system while maintaining production goals.
- Select books to fulfill decorative book orders for retail customers.
- Build curated sets of vintage and modern books based on customer specifications.
- Identify collectible or vintage books and research values when needed.
- Scan, grade, and accurately process books into inventory.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Follow daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse experience is a plus but is not required.
Experience with books, antiques, collectibles, home décor, retail merchandising, or online selling is also a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
