Sovereign Hydroseal is searching for a Field Engineer to join its growing and expanding team.
The Field Engineer will oversee the implementation of specialized soil stabilization, ground improvement, and water sealing techniques and projects. The Field Engineer will be the technical lead on-site, ensuring construction methods are executed according to design specifications and applicable code requirements. The Field Engineer will work closely with drilling crews, general contractors, and third-party inspectors when assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
2. 0 - 3 Years of Field Experience
3. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
Technical Skills and Tools:
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD
2. Experience with Field Equipment
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
1. This position is a field-based role. Incumbent must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $70,000
Note: This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary for this position. The base salary range listed is what Sovereign Hydroseal believes it will pay for this role at the time of this positing. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors which include professional credentials, technical expertise, field experience, and education.
