Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks. They would also complete some Apartment Management duties upon request.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair machinery and equipment.
- Manage facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee residential painting projects as needed, ensuring quality finishes.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Background in facilities maintenance with a focus on safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficient in laying flooring and painting.
- Proficient in installing dishwashers.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
