Duties & Responsibilities
- Repair and Maintenance of building, presses and equipment throughtout the plant
- Operation of Forklift
- Responsible for supporting the team goals of the assembly, and press departments
- Responsible for particiaption in press set-ups, teamwork and continous improvement of press set-up time.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tag out and electrical safe work practices
- Responsible for all PM Tasks, corrective actions, and improvements to assigned rquipment.
- Required to follow all maintenance systems and proper documentation procedures as outlines in the work instructions, including preventative maintenance procedures, downtime recording procedure and work orders
- May receive direction from Production Supervisors
Working Requirements
- Some knowledge of stamping presses, conveyors, CNCs, washers, assembly machines, and automation equipment
- Must be mechanically inclines and have a desire to work on machinery and related equipment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel and related programs
- Possess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001 and Q1 compliance
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school or some college preferred
Experience
- 2 years of experience in Plant Maintenance desired.
Pay: $20.70 - $23.00 per hour
