Duties
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and document patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Observe patients closely for changes in condition, including patient observation related to dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory care needs
- Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring hospice or dementia care
- Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and perform catheter care when necessary
- Maintain accurate medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with meal preparation and light cleaning tasks to promote a safe and comfortable environment
- Engage in home & community care activities that foster independence and enhance quality of life

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Level 2 Background Check
- Phyiscal in the last 3 months
- TB test in the last year
-Hands on CPR ( we can do in office at $45 for CPR)
