About This Role
GoetzHired specializes in placing Business Development Representatives with startups that are actively building their sales teams.
What You Will Do
As a BDR, you will prospect and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, email sequences, and social selling. You will research target accounts, tailor messaging to specific buyer personas, and book qualified discovery calls for account executives or founders.
What We Are Looking For
- 0-2+ years of experinece - I hire for all experience levels.
- Genuine hunger to build a career in B2B sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with rejection
- Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is a bonus but not required.
