Experienced Line Cook – Truth Be Told (Roswell)
Truth Be Told in Roswell is looking for a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, takes pride in their work, and is committed to consistency, quality, and teamwork.
Position Details:
- Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday
- Hours: Generally 3:00 PM – Close (approximately 12:00 AM), with some variation depending on business needs and weekly scheduling.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation during service
- Work efficiently on the line during busy service periods
- Set up and break down stations before and after each shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional line cook experience
- Experience working in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
