Job Overview
Command Clean is hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position performing residential window cleaning, pressure washing, and lighting services throughout Monmouth County and surrounding areas.
Previous window cleaning experience is not required. We provide training and are primarily looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, comfortable interacting with customers, and willing to learn.
Our technicians represent Command Clean at every property. We place a strong emphasis on professionalism, communication, quality work, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance on the job.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior and interior window cleaning
- Perform pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services
- Install temporary Christmas lighting
- Install permanent exterior lighting
- Safely use ladders and professional cleaning equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Take care of company equipment and vehicles
- Help identify additional service opportunities for customers
- Place company lawn signs at jobs when appropriate
- Distribute door hangers in surrounding neighborhoods
- Represent the Command Clean brand professionally
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, ladders, construction, landscaping, home services, or other physical outdoor work is helpful, but not required.
