The Opportunity
Position: IT Sales & Support Engineer / Consultant / Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 9 AM – 5:30 PM CST
Type: Full-Time, Hourly
What You’ll Do

Provide technical support and IT consulting for business clients

Solve IT challenges through troubleshooting and software solutions

Balance support and sales—help clients while identifying their technology needs

Work closely with businesses, building strong, long-term relationships

Continue expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment
Who We’re Looking For
Industry Experience
✅ MSP/MSSP Experience: 3-5+ years
✅ IT Support Experience: 3-5+ years
✅ IT Sales Experience: 1-2+ years
✅ Client Segment Experience: 3-5+ years supporting businesses
✅ Remote/Hybrid Experience: 2-3+ years
Core Technical Skills (1-3 Years Preferred)
