Job Description:
Local CDL A Truck Driver Home Daily - Kearny/Newark NJ
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22-25/hour dependent on experience with overtime after 40 hours (averaging 50+ hours/week)
- Monday to Friday (with some opportunities to work on the weekends)
- No Touch Freight
- Haul to and from the rail yards to some fantastic customers in the immediate area
- Yearly pay increases upon annual review

Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A
- At least 23 years old
- Two (2) years of verifiable full-time CDL Class A experience within the past three (3) years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
- No serious preventable accidents within the past 3 years
- Company paid DOT physical (initial and when needed)
- Must be able to use a smartphone to send, receive text messages/emails and photos
- Must be able to scan paperwork in daily
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (with some opportunities to work on the weekends)
Trucking freight handling:
- No-touch freight + No hazmat freight with a lot of drop and hook opportunities
Wage Range: 22.00 - 25.00 per hour
